Once we receive the returned product we will notify you via email to confirm that you have successfully returned the product. That email will also include following details:
- Approval or rejection of your refund
- Reason of rejection (if rejected)
- Amount of Refund (if approved)
Late or Missing Refund
In case of the delay in the refund you do have the right to inquire. However before contacting us we request you to follow these steps to avoid any inconvenience:
- Check your bank account and review your weekly statement for the refunded amount.
- Call your Credit Card Company since each C.C.C has a different transaction processing time frame.
- Contact your Bank and check with them if they have held that refund transaction for some reason.

Sale Items & Gifts
Please note product on sales are non-refundable, only regular priced items are eligible for refund.
For goods marked gift; which was directly shipped to you are returned you will get a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is got, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when bought, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You must bear the shipping charges for the product you are returning. Also please be aware that shipping cost is non-refundable, hence it will be deducted
